Last week I was lucky enough to not have a client scheduled on Thursday when my usual knitting group meets at The Knitting Corner. Sandy has been coming to the weekly gathering for a while and over time I have gotten to know her and her projects. I feel especially close to this one...
I ordered myself some things that my LYS doesn't carry and they came in the mail last week. I have already put some of them to work. These got used right away and I have to say that I love them and want to order more.

I bet you really like your MD book. I was surprised at how much I liked mine. The patterns are simple, but the concepts are good.
Her log cabin blanket is stunning; your group suggestions were great!
Great little gadgets. The DPN holder is interesting. I haven't seen it before.
Luni-I am waiting for the MD book to come along with 5 others. I went nuts when Knit Picks had a 40% off sale. I hope I have the time to work things out of the books.
WW-I saw the DPN holders in the KnitPicks catalog a while ago and finally decided I had enough of them to need them. I hope this cuts down on the clutter!
you'll love the chart keeper! I've been using mine for the first time and boy does it make it easier to read the chart! I still use my counter to keep track of the rows.
Love Sandy's baby blanket! Lovely colors : )
I am in the process of taking a new lace scarf class where I am learning to read from a chart. The chart holder has come in handy and you're right; I love it! Sandy finished the baby blanket, but I forgot to take a picture of it when I saw her this past Thursday. It turned out nicely.
